A San Francisco native with over 11 years of experience, Jane is more than a lash artist — she is an alchemist of inner light. She believes true transformation begins in the unseen, within the energetic field where healing, alignment, and renewal unfold. Her work is to hold sacred space for this remembrance, helping each client reconnect with their inner radiance and highest frequency.
Through the art of keratin lash lifts, Jane enhances your natural beauty as a reflection of the light within. Her journey began in San Francisco’s Richmond District, and for the past 5 years she has welcomed clients to her sanctuary in Burlingame.

The KLOUD is the name of Jane's signature healing device — a set of hand-crafted crystal singing bowls that produce pure resonant tones. During your lash lift, Jane activates the KLOUD and its vibrations travel through the air and your body, promoting deep relaxation, stress relief, and chakra alignment. You simply lie back, close your eyes, and let the sound do its work.
Results typically last 3–5 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle and how well you follow the aftercare instructions. Most clients rebook every 4–6 weeks to maintain their lifted look.
Yes — please arrive with completely clean, makeup-free eyes. Remove all mascara, eyeliner, and eye shadow before your visit. If you wear contact lenses, bring your glasses to wear during and after the appointment. Avoid curling your lashes on the day of your service.
You can, but most clients find they don't need to! For the first 24 hours, avoid all water and products near your eyes. After that, if you choose to use mascara, opt for a water-based formula and avoid waterproof mascara, as the removal process can weaken the lift.
We use professional-grade keratin solutions and do not use any tinting agents during the lash lift process. However, if you have a history of allergies to hair coloring or chemical treatments, we recommend consulting with Jane before booking. A patch test can be arranged upon request.
All appointments are booked online through our Acuity Scheduling page. We are by appointment only — no walk-ins. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. You can book directly via the 'Book Now' button on this page.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit. We understand life happens — please reach out to Jane directly at 650-619-4875 if you need to make changes.
Absolutely! The KLOUD session can be added to your Keratin Lash Lift for a bundled price of $150 (saving $30 vs. booking separately). You can also book the KLOUD as a standalone 30-minute healing session for $50. The full experience — Lash Lift + Tint + KLOUD — is available for $175.

Love Cheni uses professional-grade keratin lash lift solutions. While these are formulated to be gentle, individual reactions may vary.
If you have a history of allergies to hair coloring products, perming solutions, or chemical treatments, we strongly advise against receiving a lash lift service.
We do not use any tinting solutions during the lash lift process.
Please inform Jane of any known sensitivities or allergies prior to your appointment. A patch test can be arranged upon request.
First 24 Hours: Avoid all water, steam, and moisture on your lashes. Do not wash your face, shower with steam, or visit a sauna. Your lashes need this time to fully set in their lifted position.
First 48 Hours: Avoid applying any oils, oil-based cleansers, or rich eye creams near the lash line. These can break down the keratin solution and reduce longevity.
Ongoing Care: Use only water-based, lash-safe makeup products. Avoid waterproof mascara, as the removal process can weaken the lift. Sleep on your back or use a silk pillowcase to prevent flattening.
Maintenance: Your lash lift will naturally relax over 3–5 weeks as your natural lashes shed and grow. We recommend rebooking every 4–6 weeks for optimal results.

Avoid curling your lashes or applying any eye products on the day of your service.
If you wear contact lenses, please bring your glasses to wear during and after the appointment.

Love Cheni maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. All tools and equipment are thoroughly sanitized between every client.
Single-use items are used for each appointment and properly disposed of after use.
